Terms and Conditions
1. Kindly order 72 hours in advance for all products.
2. The products are available for pick up at the designated pick-up location on the chosen date between 11:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m.
3. Please present the confirmation email in a printed copy for redemption.
4. Delivery service is available from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. daily for all orders within Hong Kong SAR (excluding Outlying Islands, Lantau Island and remote areas). Delivery charge per location per address: Hong Kong Island: HK$280; Kowloon: HK$380; New Territories: HK$420; Yuen Long / Tuen Man / North District / Airport / Tung Chung: HK$680 (We only deliver within Hong Kong SAR (excluding Outlying Islands, Lantau Island and remote areas)
5. The order is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full, any other products, vouchers or services.
6. Each confirmation email is valid for one-time redemption and must be redeemed and used on the selected date and time.
7. Photos are for reference only.
8. The Fullerton Ocean Park Hotel Hong Kong will not be obliged to replace the confirmation email in case of loss.
9. In case of any disputes, The Fullerton Ocean Park Hotel Hong Kong reserves the right of final decision.
