Terms and Conditions

1. Kindly order 48 hours in advance.
2. Please present your valid confirmation email in hard copy upon redemption at the Festive Counter, located on 1/F of the Hotel, on the chosen date between 10:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m.
3. All products have a best before date. Please refer to the food label on the product packaging for the accurate best before date.
4. Delivery service is available from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. daily for all orders within Hong Kong SAR (excluding Outlying Islands, Lantau Island and remote areas). Delivery charge per location per address: Hong Kong Island: HK$280; Kowloon: HK$380; New Territories: HK$420; Yuen Long / Tuen Mun / North District / Airport / Tung Chung: HK$680 (We only deliver within Hong Kong SAR, excluding Outlying Islands, Lantau Island and remote areas)
5. The order is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or in full, for any other products, vouchers or services.
6. Each confirmation email is valid for one-time redemption and must be redeemed and used on the selected date and time.
7. The Fullerton Ocean Park Hotel Hong Kong will not be obliged to replace the confirmation email in case of loss.
8. Photos are for reference only.
9. In case of any disputes, The Fullerton Ocean Park Hotel Hong Kong reserves the right of final decision.
