Terms and Conditions

1. Please present the digital copy or printed copy of the e-gift certificate for redemption.
2. The e-gift voucher is valid only for redemption on the selected dining date and time. Expired vouchers will not be accepted.
3. Price is calculated in Hong Kong dollars and is inclusive of a 10% service charge.
4. The offer is applicable to a maximum of 24 guests per booking only and is not available for private events.
5. The e-gift certificate is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or in full, and is valid for a single transaction only.
6. The above offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers, discounts, privileges, or frequent flyer programmes.
7. Menu and food items are subject to change due to seasonality and availability without prior notice.

12. In case of any disputes, The Fullerton Ocean Park Hotel Hong Kong reserves the right of final decision.
