Terms and Conditions

1. Please present the digital or printed copy of the Booking Confirmation Email upon redemption for verification purposes.
2. Dining reservations are valid strictly for the selected date and time. Expired bookings will be deemed invalid.
3. All prices are calculated in Hong Kong dollars and are inclusive of a 10% service charge.
4. Offers are valid for a maximum of 24 guests per reservation and are not available for private events.
5. All confirmed reservations are non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash in part or in full, and are valid for a single transaction only.
6. Offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, discounts, privileges, or frequent flyer programmes.
7. Menus and food items are subject to change based on seasonality and availability without prior notice.
8. All photos are for reference only.

10. The Fullerton Ocean Park Hotel Hong Kong shall not be obliged to reissue or replace any Booking Confirmation Email that is lost, stolen, or not presented.
11. The Fullerton Ocean Park Hotel reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or to alter or suspend the offers at any time without prior notice.
12. In case of any disputes, The Fullerton Ocean Park Hotel Hong Kong reserves the right of final decision.
