2. The e-membership is non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or in full and is valid for a single transaction only.

3. The e-membership is intended for leisure purposes only and cannot be used for any private event, banquet consumption, or commercial purposes.

4. Advance reservation is required. Details of this e-membership are required at the time of reservation.

5. The e-membership is subject to blackout dates and the hotel’s availability at the time of reservation. Please contact our staff for more information.

6. Facilities' opening hours may vary without prior notice. Please refer to the hotel website for the most updated information.

7. In case of any disputes, The Fullerton Ocean Park Hotel Hong Kong reserves the right of final decision.
