Terms and Conditions

1.Please present the digital copy or printed copy of the e-gift certificate for redemption.
2. The e-gift voucher is valid only for redemption on the selected dining date and time. Expired vouchers will not be accepted.
3.The above price is inclusive of a 10% service charge. All service charges are calculated based on the original price.
4.The offer is applicable to a minimum of 2 guests and a maximum of 12 guests per booking only.
5.The e-gift certificate is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full and is valid for a single transaction only.
6. For the “Buffet Dinner with Free Ocean Park Ticket” Promotion, Guests who purchase this offer must collect the Ocean Park admission ticket in person at the hotel restaurant.
i) Tickets must be used within 60 days from the date of the restaurant reservation. Expired tickets will not be reissued under any circumstances.
ii) Each ticket is valid for one-time entry only.
iii) Tickets are valid only during Ocean Park’s official opening hours. For special events or experiences, separate tickets must be purchased. Details should be referred to on the official Ocean Park website.
7.The above offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers, discounts, privileges, or frequent flyer programmes.
8.The menus and food items are subject to change without prior notice.

13.In case of any disputes, The Fullerton Ocean Park Hotel Hong Kong reserves the right of final decision.
