Terms and Conditions

1. Please present the digital or printed copy of the Booking Confirmation Email upon redemption for verification purposes.
2. Dining reservations are valid strictly for the selected date and time. Expired bookings will be deemed invalid.
3. All prices are inclusive of a 10% service charge. The service charge is calculated based on the original price.
4. Offers are valid for a minimum of 2 guests and a maximum of 12 guests per reservation, to be utilised within the same booking.
5. All confirmed reservations are non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash in part or in full, and are valid for a single transaction only.
6. For guests purchasing the “Buffet with Ocean Park / Water World Ticket” package, admission tickets can be collected in person at the hotel restaurant or provided in electronic format via email:
     i)  Ocean Park tickets are valid for use within 60 days from the date of issuance. Expired tickets will not be reissued;
     ii)  Water World tickets must be used on or before 3 July 2026. Expired tickets will not be reissued;
    iii)  Each ticket permits single admission only;
    iv) Tickets are valid during the official opening hours of Ocean Park or Water World only. Separate tickets are required for special events or experiences. Please refer to the official Ocean Park or Water World website for details.
7. Offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, discounts, privileges, or frequent flyer programmes.
8. Menus and food items are subject to change based on seasonality and availability without prior notice.

11. The Fullerton Ocean Park Hotel Hong Kong shall not be obliged to reissue or replace any Booking Confirmation Email that is lost, stolen, or not presented.
12. The Fullerton Ocean Park Hotel reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or to alter or suspend the offers at any time without prior notice.
13. In case of any disputes, The Fullerton Ocean Park Hotel Hong Kong reserves the right of final decision.
