Terms and Conditions

1. All children must wear non-slip socks when entering the play facilities. The hotel reserves the right to deny entry to any guest not wearing non-slip socks. Non-slip socks are available for purchase at The Explorer Reception.
2. Guests must present a valid same-day check-in or check-out record to enjoy the in-house guest discount. Otherwise, the price difference will apply.
3. Each admission pass permits entry for one child and one accompanying adult for a 60-minute session.
4. Advance reservation is required. Reservations must be made via WhatsApp +852 5229 6734 or by email at fop.fun@fullertonhotels.com.
5. A maximum of five admission passes may be redeemed per guest per scheduled time slot.
6. Promotional admission passes are not valid for birthday parties or other special events.
7. Admission passes are non-refundable, non-exchangeable for cash in part or in full, and valid for single use only.
8. Expired admission passes will not be replaced or reissued by The Fullerton Ocean Park Hotel Hong Kong under any circumstances.
9. The details of this promotion are subject to change based on promotional periods and event arrangements without prior notice.
10. The Fullerton Ocean Park Hotel Hong Kong reserves the right to amend or terminate this promotion at any time.
