General Terms & Conditions
  • Customer will receive from the Hotel an email with QR code after making an order with the Hotel. Please present a valid email with QR code for redemption.
  • The order cannot be cancelled once payment is confirmed.
  • The order is non-refundable and is not for re-sale or other commercial purposes.
  • The order is not redeemable for cash or any other products or services.
  • The order cannot be refunded nor replaced if the redemption email is lost and will be invalid if found defaced or altered.
  • If the ordered items are out of stock, the Hotel reserves the right to substitute other items of equal quality and value.
  • Delivery will be suspended when a typhoon signal No.8 or above is hoisted or a black rainstorm warning is in effect. The Hotel will contact customer by phone or e-mail the following business day to arrange for an alternative delivery time.
  • All perishable food items are recommended for consumption within 2 hours from delivery. For ensured quality, please consume within the day of delivery and refer to storage instructions enclosed, where applicable.
  • Ordered items must be redeemed as per the stated redemption period of each product.
  • All images of products are for reference only.
  • In case of any inconsistency, the English version of the terms and conditions shall prevail over the other versions.
  • The Hotel reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions at any time without notice.
  • In case of any dispute, the Hotel’s decision shall be final and conclusive.
  • The connection is encrypted and authenticated using SSL.
